This unique Vietnam tour combines all the highlights of Vietnam from North to South, during the tour, you will have a beautiful time to experience unique cultures of ethnic minorities in Sapa, amazing Halong World’s natural heritage, Interesting Hue and Hoi An World’s Cultural sites and wonderful stay at one of Vietnam best beaches – Muine.

Taking a night train from Hanoi to Lao Cai, and then 45 minutes more from Lao Cai City by bus, Sapa appears in fanciful fog. Thanks to the height of 1,600 m above the sea level, the average temperature of the area is always 15-18°C, cool in summer, but a bit cold in winter.

DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Upon arrival, pick up and transfer to the hotel for check in. Free at leisure.  Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi City Tour

Today we enjoy a full day city tour of this charming capital city including the mausoleum of the Hanoi tours, hanoi travelation's founder Ho Chi Minh (close on Monday & Friday), the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh's house on stilts, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, the impressive Ethnologic Museum, the beautiful West Lake, the Tran Vu Pagoda, the peaceful lake of the Restored Sword.
Late afternoon we take a cyclo tour for a short excursion through the bustling old quarter streets named after the specific goods once offered for sale at these places. In the evening, we enjoy a fantastic traditional water puppet show.
At 19:00, we transfer you to the airport for your overnight train to Lao Cai.

Day 3: Lao Cai – Sapa – Cat Cat & Sin Chai Villages

Arrive in the early morning in the border town of Lao Cai where it's a short transfer to Sapa. In the terraced hills and mountains of this area, the monotony of the expansive green landscape is enlivened by the colours of its hill tribe population. It is here you will find hands stained with colour from fabric dyes and shades of blue, red and green intricately embroidered and stitched into jackets, waistcoats, pants, skirts, caps, purses and leggings.
After breakfast at a local restaurant, take a morning walking tour of Sapa for a visit to the busy market where Red Dao, Black & Flower H'Mong, Tay and other ethnic minority people converge from the surrounding countryside to sell their silverware and handicrafts, and to buy provisions. Afterwards, take a light trek (escorted with private bus) to discover Sapa's quaint hill tribe villages (Cat Cat and Sin Chai). Overnight in Sapa.

Day 4: Lao Chai – Ta Van – Sapa

After breakfast, drive to visit Lao Chai and Ta Van village of the BlackSapa tour, sapa trek, sapa villages, sapa people H'mong and the Day people where you can enjoy fresh air, amazing scenery of the mountain, terraced rice fields, learn unique culture and life of these ethnic groups. Back to Sapa, free at leisure for the rest of the day. Overnight in Sapa.

Day 5: Sapa – Market Tours

This morning, we drive to visit colorful weekly ethnic markets. Schedules are as below:

Can Cau - Saturdays

Bac Ha or Muong Hum or Muong Khuong - Sundays

Cao Son - Wednesdays

Coc Ly – Tuesdays

In the afternoon, transfer back to Lao Cai for the night train back to Hanoi.

Day 6: Hanoi – Halong

Morning drive to Halong Bay (165km), Vietnam most scenic sight, a recognized World halong bay, halong tour, halong bay cruiseNatural Heritage Site. Upon arrival, board your deluxe traditional wooden junk. Welcome drink on board. After a relaxing break, enjoy a delicious seafood lunch while cruising through the wonderful Ha Long bay visiting its amazing grottoes and caves. Opportunity to dive off the boat and have a pleasant swimming in the deep blue water of East Sea before relaxing on your sun deck to view a Halong sunset.  Dinner on board with excellent fresh seafood.
Overnight on board.

Day 7: Halong – Hanoi – Hue

Get up early to catch the sunrise on the bay and relax with a cup of hot coffee or tea. We depart for a visit to the splendid Sung Sot grotto and a quick glimpse of a nearby fishing village. Enjoy another seafood lunch on board while cruising back through Halong bay to the pier. Transfer to Hanoi airport for the short flight to Hue. Pick up on your arrival and transfer to your hotel, free at leisure and overnight in Hue.

Day 8: Hue

Morning cruise leisurely along the romantic Perfume River visiting the ThieHue tours, Hue travel, Hue Vietnamn Mu Pagoda, Citadel  and the Imperial tomb of the Emperor Minh Mang.

Day 9: Hue – Hoi An

Morning transfer to Hoi An, visit Cham Museum and Marble Mountain on the way. Check in on arrival, free time at leisure.

Day 10: Hoi An – My Son – Hoi An

Transfer from Hoi An to My Son Holy land, once the spiritual capital of Champa Kingdom that dHoian Vietnam, Hoian town, Hoian cityominated South East Asia for nearly a thousand years and occupied most of the central parts of Vietnam from 2nd century to 16th century with very rich in history and culture. Contemplate its remarkable red brick towers and sanctuaries dating from between the 7th and 13th centuries.
Drive back to Hoi An, visit the former merchants' homes, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien pagoda and the colourful riverside market. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 11: Hoi An

Day 12: Hoi An – Danang – Ho Chi Minh

After the breakfast, transfer to the airport for the flight to Ho Chi (VN 323 DAD  11:45    SGN 12:55). Upon arrival, transfer to Hoi An. Free at leisure. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh

Day 13: Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta & My Tho – Ho Chi Minh

Drive to My Tho (65km). On arrival we take a prMytho Vietnam, Mekong tours, Mekong Vietnamivate boat trip along the small canals of Mekong River seeing the daily life of the Mekong River people in both sides of the river. Then take a short tour by “xe loi” (motorized rickshaw) on the rural lane to the bank of Mekong River visiting a rice farm, coconut candy factory and honey bee farm. Continue our journey by sampan through the canals and mangrove forests to reach an island. Stroll on a fruit garden, taste diverse types of seasonal fruits, tea mixed with bee’s honey and enjoy a special folk show of traditional Mekong Delta music.
Afternoon back to Ho Chi Minh, stop en route visiting the beautiful Vinh Trang pagoda, the most famous pagoda in the south of Vietnam whose architecture is a mixture of Vietnamese, Kh’mer and Chinese.
Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.

Day 14: Ho Chi Minh – Tay Ninh – Cu Chi Tunnels – Ho chi Minh

Enjoy a morning drive through typical southern Vietnamese countryside to Tay Ninh Province in the west of Vietnam. At Tay Ninh visit the incredible Cao Dai Great Temple, with architecture that could have come straight from a Walt Disney fantasy and where all the major faiths of the world blend together in a unique religious cocktail. In the afternoon visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters during the long struggle for independence.  Overnight in Saigon

Day 15: Saigon – Da Lat

After breakfast, we transfer you to the airport for the short flight to Da dalat Vietnam, Dalat city, Dalat Toursat – The charming city located at an elevation of 1500 metres above sealevel. It is used to be a favourite retreat in colonial times and boasts many old French villas and other historic buildings. Pick up on your arrival and transfer to your hotel. Free at leisure. Overnight in Dalat.

Day 16: Da Lat

Today you will visit some of the most interesting sights of Dalat. You will visit the former "palace" of the last emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty, Bao Dai. You will also visit the very colorful local market, stacked with fresh fruit, vegetables and flowers, grown in planations around Dalat. Thanks to its temperate climate the mountains around Dalat are ideal for growing vegetables and flowers. One of the main attractions for local tourists is the "Valley of Love", worth a visit just for the peculiar sight of Vietnamese cowboys.
Finally, you will make short ride on the last part of the "cremailliere" railway to the village Trai Mat. Overnight in Da lat

Day 17: Da Lat – Muine (Phan Thiet)

transfer to Phan Thiet – Once a part of the Cham Kingdom, it’s now a perfect stop forMuine Phan thiet, Phan Thiet Muine, Muine Beach, Phan Thiet Beach beach holidays, an unremarkable town with a reasonable beach, some decent hotels, and a very good golf course. In a nice setting with white sand beaches and coconut trees, the beach resort of Phan Thiet is also endowed with amazing spots such as sand dunes, natural lakes and astonishing red canyons.  Phan Thiet still has sizeable populations of Cham and Raglai ethnic minority groups. The former are a part of the area’s Cham heritage. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel, free time at leisure. Overnight Phan Thiet.

Day 18 – 19: Muine (Phan Thiet)
Meals: B
Days free at leisure for visiting famous sand dunes, fishing villages or just relaxing on resort’s private beach.  Overnight in Muine-Phan Thiet.

Day 20: Phan Thiet – Ho Chi Minh
After the breakfast, transfer back to Ho Chi Minh the airport for the flight home.
